The spray arm on the bottom comes up to an open tube for the top rack. I think I am missing a part but do not see where you can order just the point. Do I have to replace the entire spray arm? Thanks
Answer Jane, there are two parts involved, the tower protector 8268825 which mounts to the bottom of the rack and directs the water up to the upper rack, and the lower spray arm W10164258 which mounts to the volute on the wash pump motor assembly. If one or more "pop up"
nozzles is broken or missing, you will have to replace the complete spray arm assembly.
I can`t get the arm off so I can clean it. I tried lifting, pulling and twisting. I`m scared I`ll break it. Can you give me any advice? This is the exact part #AP4366319 .Thanks
Answer Hi Mike. It does un screw to the left. Spray arm part # W10164258. You can use a large pair of water pump pliers or a punch and a small hammer to use on the flange outer ears to get it to unscrew. Thank You.
I think this model should have an upper spray arm? I can't seem to find one on any of the parts diagram. Where can I find info about the upper spray arm?
Answer Hello Mickey! Unfortunately, the Kenmore model 66517669400 only uses one spray arm. This is the way this unit came equipped from the manufacture. Thanks!
