My Bleder machine does not operate. It stopped suddenly while it was working and does not operate. Do you think it could be a brush problem ? Or something else ? There is no smell comming out, but nothing happens.
Answer Ram, The model number you supplied is a K/A Mixxer, not a Blender. The brushes W10380496 could be the issue, but not likely at this point. With the machine inoperative and no odors, you may want to start at the power cord and check to see if there is an issue there or at the outlet. From the cord, you'll want to check or replace the control plate W10119326 and or the control board W10325124.

I am having trouble getting the armature out of my mixer. I have the rear bracket/bearing assembly off of the mixer housing, but the governor drive pin wont allow it to come off of the armature, and the armature wont come out. it spins freely, but wont move in or out at all. What am I missing here?
Answer Eric, It sounds like you haven't removed all the necessary components to free the armature for removal. We're sending you some more information that should be helpful. Good Luck and Thanks.
