Before the worm drive broke, machine was making a grinding noise. After replacing the gear, machine continues to make the same sound. Runs good, sounds bad. The noise lessens at higher speeds. A nut fell out of the case when I was reassembling machine. What could be the problem? We are not using it now even though it runs.
