Answer Hello Mike. 1. Turn off the electrical power to the cooktop. 2. Remove the cooktop from the cabinet and set it on a padded surface to protect the countertop. 3. Remove the ten (10) screws from the side flanges of the burner box. 4. Lift the ceramic glass maintop off the burner box and disconnect the ribbon cable from its connector. 5. If you are replacing the ceramic glass maintop, remove the control board from the keyboard standoffs. NOTE: The keyboard is glued to the maintop W10140999 and cannot be removed. Hope this helps.
