Pump Housing Assy (6-905323). Like the rest of the comments under this part no. Housing is loose, can spin 360 degrees, can lift but seems to be held in place in the center so does not lift off. My thought is that there is a mechanical catch that needs to be released. Thanks for information you can shed on this problem.

Answer Jeff, Sorry, but there are no mechanical catches holding the 6-905323 Pressure dome. Once you remove the three(3) screws holding it to the pump housing it will need to be lifted up and out. It is a very tight fit, and if there are hard water deposits or calcium deposits from the water, you may need to use a sharp flat blade tool or knifr, to separate the dome from the suction plate 912323 to access the remainder of the internal components, just be careful.

I removed the 3 screws and lifted the pressure dome up so that it is totally loose. I can spin it 360 degrees, and move it up and down a quarter of an inch, but I cannot lift it off. Is there something inside the pump housing that could be holding it on? Do I need to clock the part to remove it? I am fearful of damaging the pump dome or housing by prying on it. Thanks.

Answer Jeff, Once you remove the three screws form the housing, you should be able to lift the assembly straight up, and off unless it is "stuck" to the suction plate, then it will only lift up so far, because it gets caught on the wash impeller. You may have to use a putty knife or similar tool and insert it into the seam between the two components and separate them, and proceed from there. Thanks and Good Luck

I too removed the three screws and can slightly lift the dome up, but there seems to be something else holding it. It seems be held by something down the center shaft of the dome.
