Answer JV , We're not aware of any issues with a noisy motor, You may want to check and insure the assembly is mounted to the cover properly, Press on the evaporator cover, while the fan is running, to see if the noise subsides. If it does you may want to consider a small foam pad at he attachment points to cushion the noise and vibration between the two components. Thanks and Good Luck
