At the end of the wash cycle the liquid is still in the container.

Answer Hello Raphael. You will need to remove the dispenser 40002101W and clean it with hot water and remove any residue left on the dispenser. Also make sure the washer is spinning out properly on the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Maureen. Yes, the softener is dispensed during the spin before the rinse cycle. It works best if you add 1/2 water to 1/2 softener in the dispenser 40002101W. Fill to the line. Hope this helps.
