drum noise whenrolling.
Answer William, You're on the right track, A rumbling noise in a dryer is usually due to a worn out roller assembly W10177428 or idler pulley 35001086 . Both assemblies are subjected to heat and dust, and fail on occasion. In your case, you'll need to remove: power to the dryer, the top, and the front panel, to investigate the possible faulty parts. Thanks and Good Luck
How does the belt go on the drum?
Answer Hello! Here is a link from our free repair forum with information regarding belt installation on many dryer brands. Hope this helps!
When drum is turning on the dryer, something is causing the back panel of the dryer to viberate and make a very loud noise. It is not doing it all the time. Any thought on what this could be?
Answer Hi Frank. If Your dryer has a rumbling sound , most likely the blower wheel is ready to be changed. This part # is 35001220. If your dryer has a squealing sound then the tumbler rollers need changed, this part # is W10177428. Your dryer has 4 of these.Thank you.
