I have a dryer in a rental house out of state with a baffle that has come off. One screw is definitely missing. If it has come off, is the baffle likely stripped and in need of replacement? If I order the replacement baffle, does it come with screws or do I need to purchase them separately. I see screws on here for $8.00 ea ?

Answer Hi Slp. Remove power. Then Remove the back cover. The screws fall to the bottom and it may be that you only need a couple of the baffle screws part # W10219342. Then you need to lift the top assy. Then roll the inner drum to the top (12;00 position) so you can align the baffle part # W10153409 there and insert the screw and work it all from the top. Use loctite on the screw threads just before re-inserting them to insure they do not come loos again. Thank You.
