Answer Hello Fred. Check and make sure the arm W10152975 is installed properly into the icemaker module, and springs down when released and does not feel tight. If it is good, you may need to replace the icemaker on the unit due to it being bad on the unit.

Answer Hello Fred. Just push down the arm and the wire on the arm just hangs there. This turns the icemaker on and the wire hanging is a feeler for the level of ice in the unit.

Answer Hello Fred. The end that has the waves in it inserts in the white hole on the module head and the smooth end of the bail arm W10152975 inserts into the fill cup. You can see the bail arm installed on the icemaker in these pictures 8560.

Answer Hello Richard. You will pull out the end going into the icemaker head, and then pull the other end out of the fill cup. Install the new arm W10152975 in reverse order.

Answer Bobby, No, you don't have to have the thin wire that's attached to the new bail arm. It actually reduces the amount of ice produced, when positioned and "locked" in place on the bail arm. Thanks and Good Luck
