My ice maker was not dispensing Ice when selected. I removed the Toatal Ice Bucket and assmbley and found that the augur plate had come out of the plate. I totally broke it down and when I reinstalled I can only get crushed Ice. I cannot tell if I have the Bar-disprn in wrong position? This the second time I have had to unassemble because the auger was not in the plate about 6 months apart?

Answer Hi Bob. Use our web site and submit your model # in the search section by the large red flag area. use the select diagram and scroll down into the Ice bucket assy. section area. This will give the full parts breakdown view to aide you in proper reassembly. Remove the bin. Move the auger driver (lever) in both directions to see if it still has resistance and the driver is not spinning loose on the shaft. Always realign this driver so it goes into the ice bin rear assy. correctly. Thank You.

Answer Hi Dale. There is not enough information but a couple of things can occur. If you are referring @ the ice maker itself as not ejecting the cubes into the bin, then calicum deposits have traced the bottom of the ice maker cube area and or the heater circuit of the ice maker has went out. This part is D7824706Q. If you are referring @ the ice bin , auger motor not turning it is part # 67003226. If you check and find the ice chute flapper not opening to allow the cubes to go into the glass, the chute solonoid is part # 67006000. Thank You.
