The washer doesn't spin with heavy loads. I have to spin 1/2 load at time. What could be the problem?
Martha for Model Number Estate washer
Answer Hello Martha. You will need to check the clutch assembly and see if it is bad or worn on the unit.
Do you have instructions to replace the drive belt

Answer Charles, Here's the information : 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Turn off the water supply to the washer. 3. Tape the lid closed and lay the washer on its rear panel so that you can access the bottom of the unit. a) Remove the two 5/16? hex-head screws from the motor cover and remove the cover. b) Remove the 1/2? hex-washer nut from the drive motor pulley, and remove the pulley sections, slotted flat washer, and drive belt from the motor." You might find it easier to loosen the two 1/2 in. carriage bolt nuts and slide the motor towards the drive pulley and roll the belt off the pulleys. and reverse the procedure to install and tighten the belt. Thanks
