I have a front loader apt size washer it seems like the maintenence man dosent know whats wrong with it. It's not turning fast enough to ring the water of my soaked clothes. When its done I have to ring the water of my clothes by hand. Its like they r guessing is been like 3 months sence they are trying to find out whats really wrong instead of just replacing the washer itself for a new one. PLease help me. I'll just willing to have my brother that knows how to fix things to fix it for me.

Answer Hi Maria. Remove the bottom panel. Get a bucket and remove the front pump 3" cover by unscrewing it. Remove all debris from it. Reach in and feel the impeller blade. Make sure it is not loosely spinning on the shaft. If so then replace the pump part # W10465252. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged. Make sure the standpipe is not backing up ( you may need to use Drain-O). Put a few towels in the tub. Start a fresh cycle without the soap. If there are suds then you have used way too much soap. Cut it back to 1/3cup. Allow the washer to fill with cold water only. Then advance it into drain. Continue to flush out over and over with cold water until it is empty. Suds cavitate the pump and allow it not to work correctly. Use the supplied technicians service sheet inside the cabinet. It will allow you to advance it into a field service test to allow failure codes to shoe which circuit is affected. Thank You.
