How do I get to the freezer thermostat to replace it? The back panel has no screws or obvious means of removal.

(Please respond with an Email so that I can send you the pictures of my Control Panel) I am having trouble with an ice buildup in this frostfree freezer. I received a helpful Email from KyleJ on 6/14 as a result of my phone call to your 24hr service. He suggested that I check the Defrost Heater, Thermostat and Timer. He also gave me this URL in the event I ran into real difficulty, which I have. I removed the back interior panel and checked continuity of the Heater. I got 33 Ohms (which I think is acceptable). Next I opened up the Control Box thinking that I would be able to use the expanded Parts List and Replacement part Illustrations from your website to determine which parts I needed to check. My Control Box contents do not match what I see on your website (e.g. your thermostat illustration shows as round and mine is a rectangle [which I believe is my top 2 pictures]). I do not know what the rectangular item (with ? on it) is, but it does not look like your Timer illustration.
