Answer Hello Rosemarie. Check the door switches and make sure they are good on the unit. If so, you will need to order and replace the control panel 8531249 on the unit.

For several months the unit would not respond to touch pad. Then #2 would flash and unit would not work. Did the reset many times and it worked once or twice. Now there is no lights and unit is half full of water after running cleaner through a cycle. Help!

Answer Hello Rich. It sounds like there are a couple of problems here. First you will need to check and see if the fuse 8193762 is bad. If so, replace the fuse. For the setting problem, you will need to replace the control panel 8531252. Hope this helps.

During dishwasher wash cycles adaptive,pots and pans,and normal the power scrub option comes on automatically and will not shut off and some times when I start the dishwasher it goes into the option of 4 hour delay with the same above problem. Is this a control board issue and on this unit how do I reset the control board?

Answer Hello Richard. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control panel W10021180 is bad and will need to be replaced. To reset the unit, turn the power off for about 5 minutes and restore power. If problem continues, replace the control panel. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Mlundeen. Check and make sure the heater thermostat 661566 is working properly and hot water is coming to into the dishwasher. If so, and the unit gets stuck in the program, you will need to replace the control board 8194200. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Answer Hello John. Here are the instructions from the manufacture. Hope this helps. Press High Temp, Air Dry, High Temp, Air Dry in order, with the dishwasher in inactive mode, to run a cycle. The code will clear when finished. You will need to test the heater W10082892 and the thermostat 661566. They should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Clean light blinking, pressed cancel and unit starts to drain then unit stops and clean light does not stop blinking.

Answer Hello John. With the unit in stand by mode, you will need to press heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, within 6 seconds. The unit will start a cycle. Let the unit finish the cycle to clear the code. You will want to test the heater 8564056 and the thermostat 661566. They should read closed for continuity.
