On the control board its showing d18 and the top dryer
won't start. What do I need to do?

Answer Hello Tim. The error code you provided, D18 is for a shorted thermistor in the upper dryer. You will need to access and replace the thermistor 307208 located on the blower housing of the unit.
How do you reset the price/time per quarter on the board control?
