The upper oven on my wall unit started to automatically turn on the broiler while operating in the bake mode. Local tech said the clock control needed to be replaced.. I ordered the works fine except the broiler is on full blast part and installed it, no problem (20 min.) when I switched the oven back on the broiler comes on full blast and will not turn off by control panel. The lower oven and broiler works fine. Do I need to order a 74006613 relay board maybe?? Thanks for your help!!

My oven is in good working order other than control panel lighting is completely gone. I am assuming replacement of the panel will correct this. Is this correct?

Recently the top oven on my Jenn Air WW30430W stopped heating properly. It would take a long time and the temp would rise and drop even with the door closed. I confirmed that the heat sensor was good so I replaced the burner element. After doing this there was a soft high pitched sound coming from the relay board. After a few minutes it would stop and the oven appears to heat properly but the high pitched sound does come and go intermittently. Is this an indication that the relay board is going bad? I did get an F5 errror code once but that went away after turning the oven off and back on. The bottom oven seems to function properly.

Replaced power relay board and still get a FC error I have checked continuity on cable harness. Noticed the clock oven control looks like it might have got a bit warm. Could this be the problem?

Before I place the order for the relay board online, could you please confirm for the board that you ship, that on the bottom right side of the board, connection L2 in use is located to the right of connection "Broil" - as shown in picture on your website. Reason I ask is I recently ordered the relay board (from a different vendor) and installed it. The one I got had connection L2 soldered to the left of connection "Broil". needless to say that it did not work and the manufacturer claims that it is a valid change that should not impact the board functionality. I suspect that it is an error. Thank you!
