I first went on Maytag .com to see if I could find the right part and found a video to repair it. I watched the video and decided I could do this myself. I would need to buy 1 tool ( a Spanner wrench under $17.) and so I took the washer apart. After getting all the old parts off the washer I looked up the new parts and ordered them from Appliance parts PRO.com on Monday afternoon and the new parts came on Wed. morning and after watching the repair video again my wife was washing our clothes again on Friday. I am very impressed with all the help from Appliance parts and the video plus the great service.
