My washer leaked a lot of water on to the floor today from the bottom of the washer. It does not seem to be leaking from the outlet hoses. But all the water did not drain out of the hoses it drained out of the back and bottom of the washer???
Answer DS, You'll need to remove power to the washer, then remove the lower front access panel. You'll want to check the drain hose W10003250 from the pump to the back of the cabinet connection, to see if it has parted, or come off one of the connections. Check the tub to pump hose for the same. You may have to move the washer out, away from the wall, remove the rear access panel, and recheck the drain hose and connections and the ventilation hose and tube 8181744,8181743 to make sure they haven't become damaged or dislodged from the tub or cabinet.
