How do you remove the screw at the bottom of the housing when it's impossible to get to?

You have to use an extension. I've done this many times. It's possible.
dryer is working but no heat is coming out. cold air is coming out.

Answer Tommy, apparently this is an electric(240 vac) dryer? check and make sure you have the proper voltage to the dryer at the terminal block on the back of the dryer or reset the breakers, several times. It won't be the heater box, but could be an open heater element inside the heater box or an open thermal cut out or thermostat. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Phoneman. Disconnect the power and remove the back panel off the dryer. Unplug the wires going to the heater and the thermostats. Remove the screws holding the heater box 695547 in place. Remove the heater box from the dryer. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
