Answer Hello Richard, There is a slot in the bar that you slide the bracket down, pull one side out, and pull out the other side. The new bracket will go in the same way but in the side instead of on top.

Answer Hello Mike! Your model does not list a specific side mounting bracket kit. However, part number WX13X10001 may work with your product. If it does not, usually builders will take two peices of wood and glue it to the underside of the granite countertop and mount the dishwasher to the two peices of wood. Hope this helps you.

Answer Hello Howie, There should be no need to remove the bar. There is a slot in the bar that you would slide the bracket down pull one side out and pull out the other side. The new bracket will go in the same way.

Answer Hello Chris. There is no need to remove that. Just flaten the tabs on the back of the brackets 6-916881 and theu pull out the front of the bar and the news ones slide into the slots cut for them. You will bend the tabs to lock into the bar.
