I need the belt tension pulley. What part # do I need and does it come with the little washers and retainer clip? If not, what is the part number for the whole assembly?

I recently replaced my support rollers, belt and idler pulley as it was making a squeaking noise when running. It seemed to had corrected the problem only for a while and then the noise came back. Also seems to be coming from the idler pulley and was wondering if I needed to grease this thing or could it be the shaft it spins on is damaged and it needs to be either polished up or replaced. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

My Kenmore HE3 dryer (110.97872602) idler pully burned up also damaging the idler pully shaft that it spins on. This part should do the trick, correct?
