My Kenmore HE3 dryer (110.97872602) idler pully burned up also damaging the idler pully shaft that it spins on. This part should do the trick, correct?

In reference to the previous question and for clarification,does the bracket come with the idler pulley,thrust washer and tri-ring as shown in diagram as items 13,18 and 20 ?
