Answer Hello Trish. Disconnect the power and remove the screws securing the element inside the oven. Pull the element out and you will see the wires attached to the back of the element W10310249 where it goes through the oven line inside.

Answer Hello TK. Disconnect the power to the unit. Open the oven door and remove the screws securing the bracket in the top of the oven and securing the element in the back of the oven. Pull out the old element, and remove the wires from the element. Reinstall with the new element W10310249 in reverse order. Hope this helps.
