I was frying something on the large burner which then started to spark and caught fire. Now I'm not able to turn on the burner unless I use a lighter. I hear it clicking, but it never ignites. All the other burners work fine.

You can test the ignitor for this model by putting a ampmeter on the wire for the ignitor. If you are getting amperage then you have a bad ignitor 9761639. If you do not have amperage then you have a bad spark module W10331686.
Can I order just the igniter from burner assembly #1? Mine is sparking at the base instead of the top, so the burner is not lighting.
