Where can I find my model number?

My son purchased a home with this Maytag gas double oven stove and it was so dirty with burnt on residue that we tried to remove the burner bases to clean them. When we did every single screw holding them to the orifice covers below the top, broke off. There are two screws in each one. Can you tell me which part number these 8 screws are. And, also, if we cannot get the broken screws out of the orifice covers, and we need to purchase all 4 of those, can you tell me which part numbers they are as well? I can't figure out from the diagram which ones they are. I think that's what they are called...it's the things that have the brass fitting that the gas comes into and that connect by a long metal tube over to the control knobs. They have the little spark plug looking thing in them.

Answer Brenda, The screws to hold in the orifice holders are part number 3368921. The orifice holders are as follows : you will need Qty 1- 16K Orfice holder 74007962, Qty 2- 9.2K orifice holder 74007961 and Qty 1- 5K orifice holder 74007816.
