The dryers starts fine, cuts off when you open the door, and the timer runs fine under the last few minutes and it gets stuck and will not stop or buzz...so is it the buzzer switch?

Answer Hi Amy. The timer needs replaced. If the first 2- letters start with 10............ then you use part # 33002855. If that your serial # starts the first 2- letters from 16........... then you need timer part @ [3002803]. Thank You.
My Dryer does not have a push to start switch. It has the timer and the little door switch.

Answer Hi Lorraine. Please check your terminal block for proper 240vac. Are you temporarily loosing power at the dryer outlet. Turn off the power and check/or have a Certified Electrician check the house outlet. It is very common to have a floating hot leg or neutral being intermittently working or open and not working at all. Make suer all connections are tight and the male / female spades of the outlet are not seperated enough to not supply voltage. Then use the wiring diagram supplied in the dryer control panel and begin tracing wher yo have voltage or not (where you lost it). Thank you.
