The top part of my agitator does not move anymore. But the bottom seems to work fine. The Cam Kit #25811 says this part will not work with my machine. It gave me a # W10315818. But this does not work either with my machine. Do I have to buy the entire agitator cam to repair this?

I have a whirlpool top-load washer, model wtw4800xq1, it is making a loud noise when its in the middle of a cycle. The agitator is spinning, what is causing this? Ive read about a drum bearing bad, does this sound correct and do you sell that bearing?

When the washer is agitating the tub barely turns, does this indicate a probelm with the gearbox or the cam kit.

Hello, I am not sure exactly what I need but when I start a cycle, it doesnt spin clothes completely. There is not standing water in the tub but clothes are ringing wet. But if I turn knob to spin/drain cycle, clothes are a lot dryer
