We checked the fuse. We still do not have any power. We checked the plug in at the wall. What else could it be?

Answer Hello Heather. Microwaves have a cavity thermostat 8183697 mounted over the cooking compartment to shut it down in case of over temperature. If the ceramic fuse is good, this is normally the issue. Hope this helps!
