I checked the Microwaves self-diagnostic display(something I should have done 1st) It gave me a code AROO1 or AR001, 3 times when I checked. I have nothing in the Tech sheet for this one, do you guys have a clue what it is?
Answer Jordan, You're correct, those are not fail codes. There are a couple of possibilities, could be the computer programming or engineering codes. Those should not be visible top a consumer or technician, you may want to unplug the power cord for a few minutes between attempts to program the control. If the codes continue to display, repalce the control board W10233386. Thanks and Good Luck.
Is there a way to test these to help identify which one could be the problem? I hate to keep ordering parts one at a time until I find the find the right one.
Answer Hello Jordan. Yes, you can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. If they read NC and COM, they are closed and when you press the button, the contact should open. If they read NO and COM, they are open and when you press the button, they should close. They can be tested for continuity. Hope this helps.
