I too am having problems with the center rail crisper guide that is continously breaking. We must have gone through about 5 parts so far, each one breaking in the front. Is the manufacturor goinig to redesign this part, maybe make it metal?

Answer Hi. Description; Refrigerator center crisper drawer rail. Part # 67001057. This rail attaches to the crisper frame and used to support the two crisper drawers in the center. This piece will drop in the front and rear slots on the center of the crisper frame once the glass has been removed. There are no noted issues with this part, just improper installation. Thank You.
I've had repeated failures identical to the ones noted above. Something must be wrong with the design. Have any enhnacements be made to recent replacement parts to finally solve the problem?

There have been several failures due to improper assembly, but I have not heard of any changes. If there are any design complaints they should be directed to the manufacturer because if they get a lot of complaints, this alerts them that there is an issue and they are more likely to address it.
