Answer Daniel, First check and make sure the metal shelf brace 12642303WD is still in the channel on the bottom side of the crisper shelf front trim. Make sure the center bracw is positioned and "locked" in place, the shelf is properly supported by the shelf supports on all three sides, and the shelf is not being "overloaded" with large or heavy articles.

Answer Hello Jenny! There may be a certain weight limit however, we do not have this information available. Make sure that the center bracket is being installed properly and the installation is not the reason that the part is breaking. Thanks.

Answer Frank, There are a couple of things to check when you work on the crisper frame, Make sure the metal support brace is in place 12642303WD on the underside of the frame. Make sure the frame and supports are not cracked or loose/broken. Install the center support, and clean the side rails of the crisper bins, and lubricate with a thin coat of "Vaseline" so the bins slide smoothly. Good Luck and Thanks
