What is the difference between the charcoal filter and the other filter you sell for this product (#4)? Do I need both filters? I don't currently have any filters-this was a floor model and didn't come with any.

The two charcoal filters W10112514A install above the two aluminum filters W10113040A. All four filters should be used. The difference is that the charcoal filters filter out both grease and odors and the aluminum filters catch the majority of the grease to avoid having to replace the charcoal filters as often. The aluminum filters can be run through the dishwasher and can be re-used. The charcoal filters are not reusable. Once they are dirty, they have to be replaced.
I dont know the brand or model numbers of my range hood.
I am looking for a replacement range hood filter 17.6" x 16.2"
