Can you replace the impeller that drives the chopper blade assembly? Our dishwasher is not cleaning top rack and blade keeps filling with debris. My husband has taken apart numerous times and feels it is the impeller - not the chopper blade assembly. Do you carry a part to fix this?

There is no lights on panel but power to the unit. Could the motor be burnt out? The unit didn't finish last cycle. What else could be the problem?

I ordered/received a food chopper assembly for our dishwasher, however, there appears to be a problem with how it was assembled by Whirlpool. There is a flat washer between the blade and the screen, which prevents the blade from touching the screen. I read on your forum where someone had actually disassembled the chopper, but I don't think that is possible without damaging the shaft and/or the retaining device that holds the blade in place. My question is whether I am missing something here and I can take the assembly apart to remove the flat washer; or should I return it to AppliancePartsPros? The part was boxed by Whirlpool, then put in a second box by your company to be mailed to me; thus, you never actually saw the food chopper. My fear is that Whirlpool has assembled them all incorrectly, and I may get another one put together like this one. Thanks. Pat in Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea

Followed online tutorial on dishwasher because dishes were not clean. All went well until reassembly. The chopper assembly is making horrible noise when running dishwasher. Is there a trick to getting the chopper assembly back in correct position? Additionally, it does seem chopper assembly is in good condition,

My dishwasher is not cleaning as well as it used to. I have removed the chopper screen a couple of time and found it plugged with food. Do these tend to wear out or do i have a bigger problem?
