How do you remove these clamps I believe there are two of them?

Answer Tim, There is only one, on the center hub part of the blower wheel. Once you remove the "tru arc" clip (you'll need a special tru arc plier tool) you can remove the clamp using a pair of standard needle nose or water pump pliers by pressing the two ears together and slide the clamp off the hub.
