How do I get this thing off so I can replace my motor?

Answer Hello Fred. You will use a nut driver to fit over the clamp on the side. Then push down on the clamp to remove it from the motor assembly. Sometimes you will need to hit the nut driver to release the clamp. Do not hit it to hard, and break it. Hope this helps.
