The 3, 6 and 9 no longer work on the touch pad on our Jenn Air Gas Range, Model JGR8775QDS, Serial Number 16433204JJ. I replaced part number AP4097600 and it did not correct the problem. The panel that the clock mounts to has two thin clear ribbons that connect into the clock panel assembly which I'm assuming goes to the touch controls. Customer service rep told me they cannot identify/locate any part with ribbons or the touch panel for this model/serial numbered range. Their research indicates a harness that plugs into the cloak panel but no ribbon. I need assistance to ensure I order the correct part so I included the range serial number above. This range was purchased approximately 5 years ago. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Answer Hello Rick. You need the control panel 5701M665-60. This part has been discontinued and is no longer available. The control panel offered for your model number as a replacement does not come with the touch pad and will not work for your unit. Sorry.

The numeric key pad no longer keys in numbers when setting oven temp. The only key that now works is the cancel key. A few keys went out at first but now none of the number keys work. If we press "bake" 2x it will plug in 350 deg but that's the only way we can get a number for the oven temp. Question: Is this likely the key pad or one of the boards? What is the part we would likely need to replace? Thanks! tony & cheryl

Answer Hello Tony. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the touch pad 5701M655-60 is bad and will need to be replaced. You can try removing the ribbon cable and see if it is dirty. If it is good, you will need to replace the touch pad. Hope this helps.
