I have not been able to use this oven since November and still can't afford to replace it and I need any help you can provide for me. I read on the website that it may be the clock can you help me? I have a jennair oven it is a single oven with connvection model ap408859 if i ordered the clock that it says is wrong on the website if it doesnt fix it could i return it?Susie Townson thank you for your time !!!
Answer Susie, On a Jenn Air cooking product, the F1 error code usually indicates an issue in the keypad assembly or clock. An easy test for you would be to disconnect the keypad ribbon from the clock connection and wait 15 to 20 minutes, with the power on to the product, If the code does not re appear the clock is OK and you need a control panel/keypad assembly. If the code does re appear then you'll need to replace the clock. All parts purchased from ApplincePartsPros.com have a 365 day "no hassle" return policy for the part(s). But you probably will have the correct part number after you conduct the test. Good Luck and Thanks
