My washer does not move through the rinse/spin cycles. It goes through the wash cycle then stops. We have to move the control to the rinse and it fills up but stops in the spin cycle. The washer does not drain the water out on its own but will drain if we manually move the wheel. All the motors and pumps seem to work properly but the automatic function seems to have stopped working. I know this is probably not a good description of the problem but let me know via e-mail if you need more info. thanks, rick

I'm having an intermitent problem with my washer. Sometimes it stops in the middle of a load. If we turn the timer 1 click and start again it is either fine or at least for a little while. This issue just started a couple days ago. I was thinking timer, balance switches or control board? What do you think?

Washer does not move through cycle but can be manually moved overwise it continues whatever cycle it is on, ie. washes load but never stops. It also does not spin in the drain cycle but water does drain.

Latest Questions

My washer will begin filling with water but sounds as if it is spitting water. It dosent fill up all the way and then stops and does not continue through the cycles. It will then sit with water in it and not drain. If I set the knob just prior to drain it will begin to make the spitting noise but will start draining if I slightly turn the knob while still making the spitting noise. Could it be a timer issue?
