My Kenmore HEt Electric dryer stops before the end of the drying cycle with some lights on and it is beeping. Is this a control panel problem or a thermostat problem? How do I remove the control panel or reach the thermostats?

Answer Conrad, To access the thermostats, you'll need to remove power to the dryer and remove the dryer lower front panel, you'll find the thermostats and fuses mounted to the heater cone assembly and the blower housing. to access the user interface control and the machine control board, you'll need to remove the top panel of the dryer, three screws across the back of the top panel, and slide the panel back to unlatch the front retainers. When you remove the lower front panel, you should find the wiring diagram and test information in a plastic wrapper attached to the back side of the panel. You'll be able to test and varify the dryer operation.
