We are repeatedly getting a F06 code on our washer during the cycle. We have unplugged it, cleaned out the filter, reset it... what could be the problem?

Latest Questions

Last night my machine gave me an F6 error code. I turned off the machine and unplugged it. When I plugged it in and tried again I was given an F11 error code. I stopped the machine and tried again. This time I heard a few popping sounds and again was given an F11 error code. I've looked on your trouble shooting page and see that it might be a CCU or MCU problem and that I should check the wire harness. Can you tell me if this is what I should do and how specifically to check the wire harness (that seems to be the easiest place to start). Thank you.

I have a busted control knob, but it also broke the part the knob hooks to, which is inside the control board. It is a little grey gear that easily comes out of the board. Is just this little gear available? It would save me from having to buy the whole board, which I do not need.

It turns off in middle of cycle like electricity turns off but it is good if we unplug and plug back in. It will run for a few minutes. We can run full cycle by unplugging and plugging back in and it takes about hour and half.
