Following up on my previous question - I received the transformer Part #9760587 and the electronic control board part #8301848. The transformer looks correct and so does the electronic control board except for on the packing slip, the description says Motorized Latch Sister Board - is this a mistake or is the wrong part? Also if this the correct part - I'm looking for some advice as to how to install it. Thanks

Based on information on your website, I ordered the Transformer Part#9760587 (AP3968801) and the Electronic Control Board Part#8301848(AP3598617). This is for a Whirlpool electric combo microwave/wall oven Model#GMC305PDS07. I’m figuring it is probably the control board but thought I would try replacing the transformer first. I can’t get a service tech here for another week so I thought that I would like to try to repair this myself. Is this doable?

My display is not working and neither is the oven. I hear the beeps when I press buttons on the display panel. The lights come on when I open the oven doors. Tested the fuse and the oven just beeped a few times. Is this a problem with the control panel/board? What would be the correct part to replace and the part number?
