Answer Hello Jimmy. That is a error code for a stuck button. You will need to order and replace the control panel W10101940 on the unit.

On my dishwasher over time when I press the control buttons it became less responsive. I was able to run the dishwasher after pressing many buttons., Now they light up only occasionally, was getting worse over time. Now I can't start it at all.

Of the 4 cycles, when I push the buttons, all work except the "Normal Cycle". Any thoughts on what I need to replace of do to fix it?

Answer Hello Cristobal. Test for power coming past the fuse to the board. I think you find the fuse 675813 is bad. However, if there is power to the board, past the fuse, then you will need to replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Hello, my Whirlpool Dishwasher model DU915PWWS0 won't start, won't light up. I have opened up the unit and have used an Ohm meter to test the continuity of the thermal fuse - it's closed. I also pulled out the door switches and used tested - they're both fine as well. My only other thought is that the entire control board needs to be replaced. Is there anything I've missed in testing?

Answer Hello Kaulana, You will want to test for power to the control board to make sure that you are getting 120vac. If you are getting power but no display then you would want to replace the control board. To check this you will check from P8 (Tan) to P7 (White).
