Answer Greg, You will want to check the door switch to make sure that it is not faulty. If the door switches check ok then the control panel would most likely be the cause of failure.

Answer RJ, The part that you are referring to would most likely be the thermal fuse W10258275. If the thermal fuse fails there will be no power going to the control board. You can test the thermal fuse for continuity. If there is no continuity then the thermal fuse is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Answer Hello Andrew. Based on the information you provided, if all connections are good in the control panel, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit.

Answer K Lester, You most likely have a faulty key pad on the control panel " PROBLEM: Won’t Run and LED Above Key(s) is Flashing Rapidly > Short circuit(s) in keypad or in control’s input lines that read the keys.> Don’t replace both: See first section of“Checking Keypad Operation” for test to determine whether shorts are in the keypad or the control." Having run the diagnostics test with no issues, the control board is OK.
