The door will not latch. It appears to be in the locked position. The front panel has no functions but I can get the diagnostic tests to run, however it does not show any error codes. Is the problem with the central control unit and is the right control #W10169230?

It appears that the control board is faulty. You would need to replace the control W10169230. It may also be necessary to change out the door lock assembly. If a switch inside the lock is faulty it will could have caused the board to go bad. When you install the new board. Just try the unit 1 time. If it does not work then replace lock 8183270 and do not try to continuously get it to work.
