Washing machine will not power on. Power is coming to ccu.

Answer Hello, If you have power coming to the CCU, but no response, you will need to change out the CCU. The part you are asking about is the motor controler, and the part you will need is the CCU. Here is the part number for the CCU. W10205839 Hope this helps.

My washer will spin sometimes and then it stops or only spins slowly and the code F-01 comes up on the screen sometimes, I have checked the belt and it appears to be fine.

Answer Hello Lamar,
This is a failure for the CCU to communicate with the EEPROM on the CCU, (central control unit). As per the manufacturer, if dis-continuing the power to the unit for a minimum of two minutes doesn't correct the issue, there has been a relay failure on the CCU W10246289 and it must be replaced to restore normal operation.
We have duet sport. Put clothes in, turn on power, door locks and add garmet light comes on, will not do anything else. Will not cancel, can"t get anything to work, have to unplug and manually release door. Repeated the process several time with same result.
Charles for Model Number WFW8300SW00
Answer Charles, The issue is most likely in the door lock assembly door switch circuit W10253483. The CCU W10246289 is not seeing the door open and close. Disconnect the DS2 connector at the CCU, and check for an "open" and "closed" circuit across the two wires as you open and close the door with a multi meter. if there is no closed circuit reading, replace the door latch assembly. If the circuitry is correct, replace the CCU.
