Answer Hi John. E- wave is the manufacture of theser parts. They do not have any replacement or service manuals for their models. You just need to "undress" the unit covers until you have access to the control boaed. Then you need to use a cell phone to note the wires or at least mark the wires so they reatach to the board in their properly marked terminals. Part # 8205377. Thank You.

Answer Hi Roger. Usually when you have a stuck or shorted keypad control, it will not accept a command. So while this control board is being used and heating up , the logic circuit is shorting.The control board is part # W10233386. Thank You.
