Power to the pump motor is intermittent. Pump motor (including resistance on windings) and wire harness check out perfectly. Voltage from Pin#1 of CN5 and Pin#6 of CN10 reads 117V only very infrequently and without consistent sequence processing (e.g., opening door, re-seating wire connections, etc.). I have noticed, however, that when I'm in Service Mode/Board Output Test and set to test the pump (Quick Wash on rotary cycle selector) the voltage will jump from "0" to a random voltage anywhere from 40V-60V for a very brief moment and then fall back to "0" again when the pump does NOT work. When it DOES work, the voltage immediately jumps to 117V. Only rarely can I toggle the correct voltage back and forth successfully by hitting the Rotary Cycle Selector button. Other than replacing the board, is there anything else that I should check to determine whether there's any other problem?

My washer stopped mid cycle and displayed a "nd " code, so I checked the hoses to and from the pump and I do not have any clogged lines. I restarted the machine and it pumped down once and completed the cycle. Since that point, it will no longer pump down and I got the "nd" code again. I check the voltage to the pump and all I have is 2 volts.

In short our wash machine the went out of balance during the spin cycle, causing it to stop and I have not been able to start the machine since. The door would not unlock, until I manually unlocked it. A repair man came out and he "THINKS"? it may be the control board. Any ideas.

My washer is getting the "nd" error code. I took apart the hoses before and after the drain pump but neither were clogged. In the service mode, the pump drain will only come on about 1 in every 10 attempts. I tested the voltage coming from CN10 (Pin 6) and it when it sends 120v the pump motor DOES run. But that only happens about 1 in every 10 attempts also. The other attempts it spikes voltage for about 1 second and then returns to about 2 volts (the normal voltage while the pump is off). So the pump does appear to run when the votage is present. It seems to point to the control board but I notice that it looks like the pump motor is filled with water. Shouldn't the impeller have a seal behind it? Do you think it is the control board or pump motor? Or possibly both?
