I'm trying to replace this part, but I'm unsure as to which slots the wire harnesses go into on the larger black part since I didn't dissasemble it. I have two set of wires one is black (larger) and one is blue (smaller). I have six slots that are labeled (from right to left): PRG, UID, RV, SERVICE, EXP and UIP. Any guidance would be appreciated as I don't want to take a chance on wiring this thing up incorrectly.

I was getting a F70/F71 error on the washer. I replaced the CCU. Now I am getting 3 beeps with no lighting up on the touch panel. I saw that these two errors were also asked about in the Q&A section. The answer to the 3 beep issue mentioned the control lock. How do I engage\disengage the control lock on the CCU? Also, the washer died in mid cycle so the door is locked. Is there a way to unlock the door manually?

I keep getting a F20 and F21 notice on my machine. What do I need to purchase or check to find the problem? I unplugged my machine and now it will not run a cycle.

Latest Questions

I replaced the User controller, part no. W10319816. When washer plugged in, all lights come on, but none of the buttons work (it will bleep when Power button pushed or when Control button held for 3 seconds). Is controller bad or not installed correctly, wiring problem, or something else?

Washer was giving both F70 and F71 codes. Checked all connections and replaced the CCU because wasn't giving right readings with voltmeter. Washed 3 loads in various modes and then stopped and is giving the same codes. The control panel lights up when hit power but won't start. Do we need to replace the user interface?

Is this considered the user interface? I had a rodent that built a nest in between the display cover and this component. There were wires that were no longer encased in the black wire covering and some were frayed. Can I replace just these wires that attach to this circuit board? I also disconnected the two wires that attach to the circuit board and the CCU and I think I might have them reattached to the circuit board incorrectly. Where do they reattach? I have them connected on the bottom of the circuit board and they fit, but now I get nothing on the display when I do the diagnostic test. Before I cleaned out the nest and detached the control panel, I was at least able to run the diagnostic tet.
