Shawn for Model Number rbd305pds14
Answer Shawn, There is a possibility that the surge could have caused the failure of the lock switches on the latch assembly. On the f2 error code if you hit the cancel button and after 60 seconds the code returns then you would need to replace the keypad. It is possible for a surge to take out several components on a unit. Normally only one is affected but because it was the control circuit the chances of components attached would be damaged.
