Since we used the self cleaning function, none of the elements work. Electronic Control panel seems to be working properly, the fan is running but no heat at all on any function i.e broil, bake, convect, etc. What could be the problem? Thanks

Answer Hello Claude. You will need to test and see if there is 240 volts coming to the oven. If so, you will need to test and see if the control is sending power to the elements. If not, you will need to replace the electronic control W10438709. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
