My oven/microwave combo whirlpool GMC275PRS01 will come on during the night and the microwave will run and heat up. Other times the unit will beep for hours until I hit cancel. Would I need to replace the control board?(W10438710) Also the microwave will stay on when the door is open for approx 1-3 seconds before shutting off, both door switches have been replaced along with the membrane.(W10161679) Thanks!

Hi, I have a Microwave Oven with this Model #. One day, nothing was displayed even the beeping sounds can be heard. I ran some short tests and it seems that both Microwave and Oven are still working, just nothing was displayed on the little screen. Please let me know which part is broken and what's the part number I should use for ordering. Thanks,

Once a month or so when the microwave is running it stops abruptly and shows "PF" on the display, even though there was no actual power failure. Also, the clock button on the panel turns the oven light on and off, as opposed to setting the clock. Everything else functions normally. I've tried removing the power for a period of time and I've tried reseating the plugs on the control board -- no help. Pressing and holding the clock button displays the following error code: "E20 r:21 J06". The tech sheet doesn't mention anything about an E20 code. Do I need a new control board or something else? Thanks.

Can I buy just the ribbon that plugs in the back of the control panel and into the unit? And also, can I buy just the plastic that goes in between the control panel and stainless outer trim?
