Answer Hello Lisa. Remove the door from the oven and remove the screws securing the side trim pieces. Then you will remove the screws at the bottom of the control panel. Now you can lift off the control panel and access the control board W10438710. Hope this helps.

Can I buy just the ribbon that plugs in the back of the control panel and into the unit? And also, can I buy just the plastic that goes in between the control panel and stainless outer trim?

Answer Hello Rick! The ribbon cable does not come separate from the membrane switch. For the switch in silver use part number 8304152 and for black use part number W10161679. For the black control panel use 8302848 and for the apollo gray use part number 8304153. Thanks!

As per the expert suggestion, I ordered this part in this site. Can you please provide instructions to replace this part and the initial setup for the panel.

Answer Hello Suresh. Disconnect the power. You will open the doors and remove the side trim on the oven. Once removed, you will find 2 screws at the bottom corners of the control panel. Remove those two screws and lift the control panel off the unit. Now you can access and replace the electronic control W10438710. Make sure you plug the wires from the old control to the correct locations on the new control board. Hope this helps.
